About me
Hi, I’m Anna Svoboda, a surface pattern designer and illustrator from Brno, Czechia. I started creating patterns in 2023 while living in British Columbia, Canada, where the mountains, forests, and ocean gave me endless inspiration.
I love drawing plants and animals and often bring watercolor or block printing into my work to give it a more handmade, analog feel. From there, I turn my illustrations into surface patterns for textiles, stationery, and home décor.
Back in Czechia, I continue to create designs inspired by nature—colorful, playful, and made to bring a little beauty into everyday life.
